Fundado em 2017 por Alex Kos e Che Huang, o Child Studio trabalha em interiores de hotelaria, retalho e residencias e a sua inspiração vem, sobretudo, das viagens que fazem. Nos seus projetos, utilizam uma paleta baseada na natureza, concentrando-se em acabamentos naturais como a madeira, a pedra e o metal. O seu trabalho é uma inspiração importante para nós e foi muito difícil selecionar o projeto a apresentar hoje, uma vez que são todos fantásticos.
Acabámos por escolher esta maravilhosa residência em Mayfair para um hoteleiro, como um espaço para jantar, receber e dar festas. O modernismo cruza-se na perfeição com a Art Déco nesta casa londrina. Vamos vê-la?
The London House
Inspirado no Grand Salon de Yves Saint Laurent, na Rue de Babylone, em Paris, o interior desta residência equilibra referências Árt Deco com o modernismo dos anos 60 e 70, especialmente nas paredes de madeira da biblioteca que dividem a sala de estar/lounge das áreas de jantar e de estudo. A lareira é um dos pontos focais que confere uma sensação de escala e permanência ao espaço, uma vez que está situada sob uma claraboia linear. O resultado final é deslumbrante, não concorda?
SALA DE ESTAR/LOUNGE
A sala de estar é muito espaçosa e funciona como um espaço lounge onde os hóspedes podem conviver num ambiente acolhedor e descontraído. É uma área onde se pode ver perfeitamente como o modernismo se cruzou com a Árt Deco na escolha do mobiliário, na paleta de cores e na presença de peças de arte de diferentes épocas e partes do mundo.

SALA DE JANTAR
A sala de jantar está ligeiramente separada da sala de estar através das paredes de madeira da biblioteca, criando uma atmosfera mais íntima com uma paleta mais escura. Para contrastar, os designers do Child Studio utilizaram uma combinação de tons verdes nos estofos e uma deslumbrante parede de vidro que filtra a luz do dia. É um ambiente chique e acolhedor, não acha?

A nossa cadeira Essential ficaria muito bem numa sala de jantar como esta, graças às suas linhas retas e à sua silhueta fina! Com linhas geométricas rígidas, esta peça possui uma particularidade que não pode passar despercebida. Caracterizada por pés e encosto em madeira, o assento e o encosto estofados quadrados apresentam costuras horizontais de topo único em todo o tecido.
Celebrando as formas simétricas combinadas com o conforto contemporâneo, a Cadeira Essential combina com qualquer decoração sofisticada.
ÁREA DE ESTUDO
Tal como as outras divisões desta casa londrina, a área de estudo também apresenta materiais naturais no seu mobiliário. Os detalhes em madeira e os materiais quentes são o que unifica este projeto, sem dúvida.
Este espaço situa-se atrás das estantes da biblioteca, criando uma área mais íntima e reservada para o proprietário. E, seguindo o modernismo entrelaçado com a Árt Deco, a área de estudo tem litografias e fotografias antigas na parede e um candeeiro de secretária dos anos 1960.

Para ter este look moderno e Árt Deco em sua casa, tem de incluir o nosso cadeirão Eva. O Eva é uma homenagem às técnicas de produção tradicionais portuguesas. A estrutura em madeira apresenta costas e laterais em rattan, perfeitas para dar um toque boho-chic ao seu projeto de design.
Para ampliar a beleza e o conforto desta peça, são colocadas duas almofadas estofadas no assento e nas costas do cadeirão. O cadeirão Eva está disponível nas versões cadeira e cadeira de bar/balcão, para que se adapte perfeitamente ao seu projeto!
