ABOUT THE PROJECT
Casa More Interiors recently transformed a master bedroom in Kenilworth into a luxurious and highly functional retreat. Designed with the elegance of a boutique hotel in mind, the space features custom cabinetry, smart lighting and high-end finishes tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
A bespoke partition upholstered in velvet frames the headboard and integrates elevated side tables with drawers and reading lights, combining aesthetics with practicality. Behind the headboard, a walk-in wardrobe adds valuable storage while enhancing the room’s sense of space.
Warm wooden finishes contrast with a neutral palette of soft carpets, curtains and wall paints, while terracotta accents and bronze details – seen in the dressing table, wardrobe framing and chandelier – bring warmth and sophistication. The result is a refined, serene space that balances comfort, function and custom luxury.
But the star of this master bedroom design is our Ruth Armchair!
RUTH ARMCHAIR
Placed near the expansive window, the Ruth Armchair instantly draws attention. Its sculptural form softens the room’s clean lines and invites a moment of pause, whether for morning light rituals or a late-night read. The armchair’s silhouette flows organically, with a backrest and seat that curve into gently embracing armrests. The result is more than just a seat – it’s a space within a space, a moment of calm within the master bedroom’s overall design rhythm.
Details that elevate comfort
What makes the Ruth Armchair stand out in this project is its versatility. Designed for residential and contract environments, it blends a refined wooden base – customisable with metallic finishes – with an upholstered seat defined by two stitched lines. These lines enhance durability and visual elegance, creating a subtle statement of strength and style.
In this particular master bedroom design, Casa More opted for soft neutral upholstery paired with a rich wooden base. This combination mirrors the vertical upholstered wall panels behind the bed and complements the warm, earthy tones layered across the throw blanket and accent cushions. The result is a unified narrative – warm, tactile and deeply relaxing.
This master bedroom design by Casa More proves that every detail matters. From layout to lighting, texture to tone and, of course, seating to styling – each element has been curated to elevate the experience of rest. The Ruth Armchair isn’t just part of the design; it’s part of the story.
