Waterproofing the Upholstery
The waterproofing of the upholstery is a non-toxic process and in no way changes its characteristics, ensuring a 10-year guarantee against stains and splashes that may occur when using the product. When waterproofing the upholstery, liquids stay on the surface and do not penetrate the fabric, allowing easy removal. That way, you get easier cleaning, elimination of odors, and protection against dust accumulation and yellowing of the fabric.

Cleaning and Other Cares
Upholstery
– Use a clean, damp cloth for cleaning maintenance.
– In case of a stain, use a damp cloth with natural soap with neutral pH.
ATTENTION: Do not use chemicals for cleaning.
Wood
– Use a dry cloth or soft bristle brushes to remove dust.
– For more thorough cleaning, use a cloth moistened in a solution with water and neutral pH soap. Finally, wipe with a dry cloth.
– If the furniture gets wet, remove the excess with a soft cloth and keep it in a place with good ventilation, without exposure to the sun, for natural drying.
– Do not use any type of furniture polish.
Lacquered
– Use a soft cloth moistened with water. Avoid brushes and materials that can scratch the furniture surface.
– For more thorough cleaning, use a cloth moistened in a solution with water and soap of neutral pH, rubbing carefully. Then wipe with a cloth dampened only in water and dry with a soft cloth.
– To polish the lacquered surface, use a dry cloth, rubbing in a circular motion.
Metals & Glass
– To clean metal and glass elements use a soft cloth moistened in a solution with neutral pH soap and let it dry with a dry cloth.
– Do not use any abrasive product or chlorine-based solution.
– To remove fingerprints, use a soft cloth or a cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
Warranty

Domkapa’s guarantee for upholstery products varies depending on the type of coating:
– Synthetic / Fabric: 1 to 2 years
– Fabric 2/3: 2 years
– Genuine leather: 4 years
The guarantee does not apply to cases of incorrect use of the product or its elements, for instance, excessive sun exposure, the application of improper products, among other cases that do not directly concern the manufacturing process and its normal use and wear and tear arising from the use.
