Portugal has stood out, not only for its amazing gastronomy and wonderful weather but also for its talent and quality in furniture design. It has also been hosting many prestigious events such as the inspiring international tradeshow: Portugal Home Week. It is definitely worth a visit!
Located in the heart of Porto, known for its hospitality, panoramas and history, Portugal Home Week hosts some of the best Portuguese brands and it is dedicated to demonstrating the excellence of the national production and the complementarity of the cluster’s offer.
This tradeshow is organized by APIMA (Portuguese Association of Furniture and Related Industries), a business association that cares about sharing and increasing Portuguese brands to the top.
This year, the third edition of Portugal Home Week happened between the 15th and 16th of June at Alfândega do Porto – Congress Center and it was exclusive to professionals and covered all the furniture and related industries linked to the Portuguese House Row. It reintegrated two key spaces:
- Home Show: where Portuguese brands are exposing their products and getting close to the customer, discussing details such as materials, preferences, needs and production. It is where you can prove the excellence of Portuguese design that we are so much proud of.
- Home Summit: for sharing knowledge and debating design trends and solutions for the future with selected speakers.
Along with those two pillars, Portugal Home Week also integrated a complimentary program with different activities, such as:
- Home Dinner;
- Home Pro Tips;
- Home Fun Trips;
- Home B2B Meetings;
- Farewell Cocktail;
- Home Mission;
- Home Partner More.
For the second year in a row, Domkapa had the opportunity to be present at Portugal Home Week and we are here to bring all the details about our presence at this amazing tradeshow!
