Once an old, historic space, this luxury property has been meticulously refurbished to offer a blend of timeless elegance and modern comforts, now available for occasional Airbnb stays.
ABOUT LA FENICE INTERIORS
La Fenice Interiors is a company run by Bianka Bérczi with over twenty years of experience in trading textile products, curtains, fabrics and other decorative elements. As well as selling fabrics and specialising in home textiles, this firm offers decorating services for residential and commercial projects (small hotels, restaurants, offices… well, any space!).

ABOUT THE PROJECT
By preserving the apartment’s historic charm while incorporating contemporary design elements, La Fenice Interiors has created a space that feels timeless and fresh. The use of high-end materials, custom-made furnishings and thoughtfully curated details ensures that this Airbnb apartment is not just a place to stay but an experience in itself!
One of the highlights of this project is the impressive Casamance wall mural, which accentuates the high ceiling. This design choice brings an air of grandeur while adding texture and depth to the space. Also, this mural emphasises the scale of the room and introduces a natural, almost botanical feel, subtly linking the apartment’s interior to its riverside location.
STELLA SOFA
The living room centrepiece is the Stella Sofa, a beautiful curved sofa from Domkapa, upholstered in a special Easy clean fabric that combines practicality with sophistication.
The Stella Sofa is an exclusive design perfect for unique and sophisticated interiors. This curvilinear sofa features a deep convex back, resting on a wooden base and is enhanced by gentle piping that runs from top to bottom, creating a striking visual effect. Its design makes it ideal for welcoming guests, even in smaller spaces.
With enveloping lines and generous proportions, the Stella Sofa offers elegance and ergonomic comfort, making it a standout piece for any room without compromising on function!
RACHEL POUF
The Stella Sofa, along with the Rachel Pouf, serving as a bench/coffee table, creates an inviting atmosphere perfect for conversation and relaxation.
Rachel pouf, with its delicate round-shaped design, is a piece made to bring extra comfort to a project. It combines lavish materials such as soft fabric and a wooden base. Also, the design includes pleats on the side to give the piece character. Rachel pouf comes in two sizes for additional options for the most demanding desires, as the versatility of the design allows it to be used as an extra seat or footstool.
