We’ve just got back from our first participation with our own stand at Salone del Mobile Milano and it was a success! Every year, this prestigious exhibition in Italy presents brand-new trends, pushing the boundaries of imagination and redefining the landscape of interior design. It gathers the leading brands in the industry to exhibit their most stunning pieces and cutting-edge novelties, and we are proud to be part of it. Salone del Mobile 2024 was a celebration of creativity, design and inspiration, and we’re thrilled to give you an exclusive peek into what made this event truly unforgettable.

Distinguished Products By Our Visitors
It was the first time Domkapa participated at the Salone del Mobile with our own stand and it had to be unforgettable! We showcased the best of Portuguese craftsmanship, including our new collection, new sample box and new catalogue. The comfort, functionality and versatility of our new pieces were what most caught our visitors’ attention and here are their favourites:
Matthew Sofa
Matthew Sofa was one of the most innovative designs that we presented at Salone del Mobile. And the highlight of this sofa was what caught the eye of most of our visitors: the incorporated silent mechanism that allows you to fold the armrests and backrest at the angle that is most comfortable to you! Revolutionary, right?
Matthew is available in different sizes and configurations, including a chaise longue version and even an armchair option. It will definitely enhance your design project!
Hubert Armchair
The exquisite work of craftmanship of Hubert Armchair drew special attention to our visitors. It is an extremely comfortable piece because all the sections of the backrest are padded with feathers and highly soft foams and springs. If you tried it, you know what we are talking about, right?
The ergonomic shape finished with graceful piping along the backrest of the Hubert Armchair will be the stand-out of your interior design project!
Alice Armchair
Alice is a compact and round-shaped armchair that can fit every room! That caught the eye of our visitors, however, the highlight of this piece it’s what makes it very functional: it features a swivel back base that always swivels back to its starting point, to maintain the right position after usage!
Also, this piece is upgraded by an exquisite seam work that values its detailing, especially the horizontal seam on the back. The attention to detail, size, and comfort make Alice the ultimate armchair for commercial projects.
Regarding our most loved pieces at the fair from our new collection, this was our visitors’ top 3. However, we also showcased some of our best sellers! Our Beaumont Sofa, Olivia Sofa, Gilbert Table Set and a selection of our chairs were also a success at Salone del Mobile 2024.
New Materials
Being present at interior design tradeshows is crucial to our successful path. It is the perfect way to keep up with the industry’s trends and to increase our inspiration levels. Best of all: you can see our products in person, feel their materials and their comfort. In each detail of a product, you can find what we are made of, our identity. The feedback is always amazing, making our team fulfilled for one more success in our history. It is such a remarkable feeling!
