It’s time to meet the future: it’s the 30th anniversary of Maison & Objet and the fair will present a revitalized future that combines technology and nature. Therefore, Tech Eden will be the theme of this year’s edition and it is focused on spaces oriented toward the retail, residential, or hospitality industries. Some of its principles are:
- Natural Connections – The interaction between nature, technology and design, as a source of well-being.
- Motionless Journeys – Natural elements and organic silhouettes are becoming integral to every design, bringing a sense of sophistication to raw materials.
- Softening The Space – Interactive technology and projection are making the overall shopping experience easier, but fixtures and fittings remain key to smoothing the initial contact with consumers.
- Static Evasion – The sensorial and spiritual invitation to get away from everything is becoming important to the hospitality sector too.
